We've opened some new forums for those who speak languages other than English! Right now, we are also accommodating French...but we hope to introduce others in the future. If you speak a foreign language and wish to administer a forum here, please let us know!

Note that you can also adopt another language on your User Control Panel, and see all the server-based forum information in that language!

As has been noted elsewhere, the foreign language forums are closed due to lack of interest.

Right now, you can translate the forum messages (though not the posts) to French by selecting it in your User Control Panel. If there are other languages you wish to use on the Atlantic Forums other than English, please let us know here, and we will do our best to accomodate you. There are a variety of other languages which are available.

I only speak English. If you want to accommodate them without changing the forum, how about linking to how they can translate a webpage. I think it's on Chrome where you can do that. I've had to for some sites I wanted information but it wasn't in English.

Japanese is now an option for The Boardwalk! You can enable your language in the User Control Panel (under Board Preferences / Edit Global Settings).

And we have another: Spanish! This is the Mexican dialect of Spanish, and uses the casual honorifics (tú). You can enable it on your User Control Panel exactly as described above.
