Small note:
You should create a 2nd level 5th edition DnD character, somebody who has seen at least a little action. I'd rather they not be evil.

Re: The Path
Whoa. Okay, this might be way, extremely more than I have on my game world, which is just in the early stages here. It is looking like after we do Beautiful Space Pirates, we might think about this one next.WolfofWords wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 10:58 pm This is a bit of an info dump for my campaign since, as was mentioned, I have been working on this world since 2017. Like I said, I've been working on the world for years off and on (though recently got distracted by the parallel dimension of Undead Reckoning). I am currently drawing maps in Roll20, uploading tokens, and putting together some encounters.

Re: The Game I Was Going to Run
The half-elf I had worked on has an origin story that will be tough to work into your world so I'm likely going to be playing a Halfing Fighter. She has a backstory that can be set anywhere and she's on walkabout so.... I think she needs a bit more expanding but I'm pretty happy with it.WolfofWords wrote: ↑Mon Jan 18, 2021 11:34 pm Small note:

Re: The Game I Was Going to Run
I had an idea for a fighter as well - possibly a paladin, since he has a strong moral code, though I don't really see him as a "holy warrior" type. As I've noted, I also play a lot of thieves. I can work up both.

I’ve got that mage character, but could easily come up with more ideas...

So that we have this handy...

I gather we are working with 27 points to start with?

That's the one I've been using! Yes, 27 points and the calculator will do a lot of the heavy lifting for you.

Re: The Path
OK, finally made the account.
It looks like the way to have characters which are permanently accessible by players is to have the GM be a paid subscriber. If each of us chip in $10 that would get Steve a 1 year subscription, and he could load in character sheets for each of us, link them to tokens and assign them to us.
Does this sound like it's worth it?
