Basically, the James Cameron story mixed with Cinderella. It also has a rapping dog.




The Legend of the Titanic (1999)



Pretty much the story of the Cameron movie except this one has talking animals. Also, the female love interest is granted special powers to talk to animals via moonbeam magic. She finds out that a giant squid was tricked into hurling an iceberg into the path of the Titanic. Through her powers, she is able to get the squid, dolphins, and whales to save all of Titanic's passengers.

The sequel sees the characters from the first movie traveling to the ocean floor to request aid from the King of Atlantis in recovering the actual wreckage. This one has a rapping shark.
