New bottle: Pitorro

I didn't know anything about pitorro before @CrazyCraftLady brought it home, but the rough idea is that it's Puerto Rican in origin, it's sweet, and it is really boozy. A Toasted Almond made with this would cause most panties to lower midway through the second; an Alabama Slammer mixed with this would be the ultimate "what's in this drink?" drink.

Leaving this here for future purposes; it's a list of cocktails recommended by the distiller.

To reiterate: yes, it's jet fuel - but it's fairly tasty jet fuel.

We now have a name for our new cocktail: the Foxy Brown. One shot of coffee-flavored rum, one shot of amaretto.

I've just acquired a flask bottle of pineapple pitorro, and am concocting the improved Painkiller recipe to make with this one.

Right now I don't have the cream of coconut necessary (I brought a lot of it to @RhystaRose's house) so I'm sort of air-tasting and going, "Yeah, that'll work, I think..."

I'm consider the recipe of 2 shots pitorro, 1 shot cream of coconut, 1/2 shot orange juice, 1/4 shot (actual, non-sweetened) lime juice. Garnish with nutmeg on top. It might need something else. Still cogitating on this one.
