Tempura green beans

Had some at The Habit. These things are just darned good, and the guy that invented the idea is a genius. Anybody know of any recipes for these? I imagine you'd need a deep fryer, but maybe you could do it in an air fryer...or perhaps with a bit of oil in a wok? Possibilities...

(Incidentally, the burgers there are pretty good. I had the Impossible this time, but have had the charburgers in the past: all are good. Nice place for lunch. Might have their Santa Barbara next time.)
