Hot Sausage Po Boy - Delicious sub sandwich with spicy sausage
Red Beans and Rice - Messy side all mixed together
Brownie - Chocolate Brownie with Pecans
Gumbo and Jambalaya - I honestly could not tell the difference in my tiredness but both were delicious
Corn Grits - So smooth and tasty
The Ruby Slipper Cafe - Burgundy Street
Chicken St. Charles - A delicious version of eggs benedict with fried chicken.
Beignets - Little square version but no less delicious
Buffa’s - Esplanade Avenue
The Gotham Knight - A burger with honey praline ham, swiss cheese, and mushrooms
The American Sector - Magazine Street
The Bomber Burger - A burger with provolone, grilled mushroom, grilled onion, and horseradish
Nonno’s Cajun Cuisine and Pastries
Southern Shrimp and Grits - Deliciously smooth grits with tasty cajun shrimp
Seafood Fries - French fries with cheese, crabmeat, shrimp, and crawfish
The Ruby Slipper Cafe - Decatur Street
Eggs Cochon - Another delicious version of eggs benedict this time with slow-cooked pork.
Ruby Mimosa - Champagne, Orange Juice, Pomegranate Juice
Port of Call - Esplanade Avenue
Mushroom Cheeseburger and Baked Potato - Fantastic burger befitting their reputation
Huma Huma - Cocktail of fruit juices, melon liqueur, brandy, and rum
Cafe Du Monde - Dreyfous Drive
Beignets - Powdered donut deliciousness
Lil’ Dizzy’s - Esplanade Avenue
Catfish and Grits - Nicely fried and moist catfish with some great corn grits
Porkchop with Oyster - Porkchop I was able to cut with a fork covered in ground oyster
Greens and Green Beans - If you do not know they are different then you have never been to the American South
Dat Dog - Frenchman Street
Rougarou - Alligator sausage with onions, tomato, bacon, and jalapeno
Strawberry Lemonade with Vodka Daquiri - Basically a very tasty slushie
Mother’s Restaurant - Poydras St
Roast Beef Po Boy - A disappointing final meal but it did its work
